Login Loop

I am unable to open my watch tv app. I am stuck in a log in loop.  I get an error that says my user id and password don’t match. So I reset my password, try again, and get the exact same message.

Hey @mmottern,

 

We want to get you signed in! If your WATCH TV account is part of your wireless plan, please ensure you have verified your account, after having signed up or upgraded to the qualifying wireless plan.

 

If your service is standalone (not billed with any other service), please try deleting and reinstalling the WATCH TV app.

 

Using a web browser instead of the app? Try clearing your cache and cookies.
