Increased price and reduced channel selection

Through 2021, I have been paying $97.48 per month. Now my promotional package seems to have expired and for the same exact service...Direct TV wants me to pay $171.92. But, through the kindness of your heart you will reduce my bill to $148.00 per month but I lose 40+ channels.

So...through your outstanding business model - you want to charge people more but offer less services. Are you sure you want to do this with all the options available to your customers that were not there when I began your service in 1999? This is your long term business model strategy for 22 years of Direct TV subscription?

I was looking to lessen my monthly expenses but was going to start by focusing on my cellular bill...Direct TV just moved to the top of the list for cancellation with now more focus on streaming apps and don't try to sell me on Direct TV streaming...you just lost my customer loyalty and even worse...my business.
