Having issues with WatchTV verification of my Unlimited & More Premium Plan

WatchTV can't seem to verify that I actually have the Unlimited & More Premium Wireless Plan (which I do). Haven't heard anything from AT&T on fixing this - their Chat is useless.

@Cordcutter71 You might want to factor in the cost of new phones if you decide to switch because it is unlikely your ATT phones will be fully compatible with Verizon. Even if they are, you will need to pay them all off to get them unlocked.

I switched to the AT&T Unlimited & More Wireless plan on Saturday. I went through the process creating a WatchTV account.

 

During the verification process, though, it doesn't recognize that I have the Unlimited & More Wireless plan (even though my AT&T Wireless Profile page says I have the Unlimited & More Premium Plan)

 

Its been a 4+ days now and I don't have access to the premium channel (HBO) that comes with my Wireless plan.

 

In fact, if I chat with the AT&T WatchTV support, they still think I have a "Unlimited Plus" plan (not Unlimited & More) - and they're unable to do anything to help. They keep pinging me back and forth between the Wireless Team, WatchTV team and (for some reason) the DirectTV team.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

 

I'm at my wits end...

Its been a week now.

 

your PM said I don’t have the Unlimited and More Plan. I showed you evidence (screenshots of my AT&T wireless profile) that I do.

 

What are you doing to fix this?

well its been more than frustrating dealing with them - there is zero excuse for having agents that don't know basic support procedures.

In the latest saga of AT&T's lunacy...

 

The latest chat agent basically said he can't help me and said to call the AT&T Mobility phone number (who in the past has told me only AT&T WatchTV support can help).

 

Here's the chat transcript. At one point, "Luis" actually admits, that he can't use the tools needed to help solve a customer problem.
