Handshake between Spotify and WatchTV broken
I upgraded my plan to unlimited SPECIFICALLY to take advantage of the Premium Spotify option that comes along with it. After doing so, the redirection link I received on the site continuously took me to "Page not found". After speaking with a customer service rep, something was done by the rep on the back-end that forced an activation on my ATT account, but nothing was activated on Spotify's side. I have no way of activating the account, and all I receive from reps (I've gone through 5 at this point) is that this will be addressed within 24-48 hours and I'll receive word via email and phone call. This began 3 weeks ago. I'm reaching my first billing cycle end on this plan and I want an ACTUAL resolution or ETA on this. Going through these forums and posts elsewhere, this is not a new issue, going back as far as a year ago. How a business can put out an offer and have no actual fix for issues that come with it is beyond me. If anyone knows the deal, let me know.
