Got a email from watchtv saying plan changed

I got a email from watchtv saying my wireless plan was changed and it wasn't. It said I will not longer have watchtv unless I have the right plan. I never changed my planne and I called att and they said the plan wasn't changed. I tried to re verify and it will not. I have the right plan though.

Yes it asked me to reverify when logging into WatchTV site. When I reverify it asks me to do it again. It also says a message about not having a correct plan. I still have same plan.

You should be able to fix this by logging into https://soc.att.com/2Kq7k3Y using a PC browser, go to Settings > Account Details and a pop up with a link to verify your number should show up.
