Double Billed Att WatchTV

I have been charged two separate times in one month for the WatchTv service.

I am a  AT&T &MORE PREMIUM subscriber.

For over a month I have literally spent hours between chat an Customer Loyalty. The problem persists.

I was told I would be reimbursed and naturally that has not happened. I have the chat transcripts to verify that I would be reimbursed.

And since I'm paying for it anyone care to chime in if they (ATT) actually has the Pandora Premium activation process working.

Talk about bait and switch.

Well it’s not by definition ‘bait and switch’.  But it’s obviously a screw up and it shouldn’t be that hard to fix (one would think).  

File a BBB complaint and someone with a brain and the power to fix things will contact you.
