Charged for a service not being used. cancelled in the first 3 days.

My bank acct has been charged each month since March for this service and it was cancelled in February. It even shows on my ATT bill that it was cancelled/removed yet I'm still being charged why? What must I do To this!!!! I also need to find out if the service hasn't been used will my money be credited back to my acct?

You have to admit that’s confusing ;  you state your bill shows it removed/canceled, but that you are still being billed.   Can you please explain what that means?  What service?  How did you cancel?  And what are you being billed?
