Changing Premium

I changed my phone plan responsibility from my husband to myself and we have unlimited premium so I signed up for the Watch TV account. I choose HBO as my premium choice.  I am now changing to streaming and want to cut the cord.  I was looking at ATT TV now, which comes with free HBO.  I cannot seem to get anyone at ATT to understand my question of changing my premium with Watch TV so that I can reap the full rewards of Watch TV and AT&T TV now.  I will not be choosing AT&T TV Now as my streaming service if I cannot change my premium on watch TV.  I was told I have to wait a year, so if I cannot make the change, AT&T will not get the benefit of having me choose their paid streaming service.  Any advise or go else where for streaming?

But how do you find out WHEN you can change your premium choice? I would like to switch to something else as I am already getting my current premium in my AT&T TV plan.
