I can't log on to my watch tv account and have had so many other problems with this service I want to cancel

We don't want to see you go and We'd be happy to help you log in to your WatchTV! Have you tried verifying your AT&T phone number and creating an account before downloading the app? Also remember, only one device can stream at a time on each WatchTV account.

I feel like unless I have phone service thru AT&T, that I am undeserving of any customer service. I have Watchtv service by itself and really don't want to deal with the multiple issues I have had with the service, so no I haven't verified my at&t number because I don't have one, and why would I be trying to log into my account if I hadn't already created one?
How can we improve?
