ATT Watch TV account not working

I signed up for an unlimited plan with a premium channel added it.   Tried setting up an account with Firefox, does not work, tells me only use Chrome.  Fine, go there, get started, it recognizes my att acount.  Had me text in from my phone, selected my premium channel, and now nothing.  When I log in through pc Chrome browser I get a busted URL notification.  Download the app on my phone, log in with my att account and it says my ATT Watch TV account has not been set up.  Called in to tech support and go a useless tech who kept trying to fix my directv now app and would not listen at all.  So trying this

I would love to, but there is no option to message you privately like there is with other user accounts.  Please give me a bit more guidance on how to do this.

I'm having pretty much the same problem. Extremely frustrating ,haven't been able to use watchtv for 2 months. Every time I reach support chat online they say its been escalated. 

 

Made me change my password a couple times. Which I know wasn't the issue, last week I said I had it and spoke to someone over the phone. On two separate occasions I was told I would be called back and wasn't.

Even made me change my username multiple times.

 

If I can get my service working and my original username I'd be golden.
