A COMPLAINT ABOUT AT&T TECHNICIAN

I WANT TO KNOW WHO DO I COMPLAINT ABOUT A AT&T TECHNICIAN   THAT WAS SEND FOR REPAIRS   TO MY HOME

all repairs and installs trigger a survey call where you can rate your technician and request a call back from the manager low scores and a callback request will usually trigger a response from the area manager calls are usually made within 5-7 days after completion of the service call, other than that i dunno other that calling the 800 number and use the phone tree to get where you need. Good Luck Though i hope it gets worked out. I do know your posting in the wrong forum though and will probably be seen better in the correct forum for the service you have.
