Your member ID is not authorized to use this app (205.4)
I have recently combined my two IDs into one, using my old ID in place of a new one as a single ID for all logins, per this AT&T website. However, when I attempted to log in the u-verse app with my old ID on my iPhone X, I get the error message that I'm not authorized to use this app. I don't know why this happened. If anyone can help me resolve my issues with it, I would greatly appreciate it.
