Fox News is just one of MANY channels missing this morning.

TNT, TBS, Discovery, FX, Comedy, TV1, TRU, JC, GSN, Freeform, CNN, Weather, TLC, Animal Planet, Science, AHC, ID, Nat, DAM, VH1.

Let's take off our tinfoil hats and try to find an answer, right @baseballisback ?

To help regulate P O O P I understand fiber improves the condition.

more fiber. You've probably heard it before. But do you know why fiber is so good for your health?

Dietary fiber — found mainly in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes — is probably best known for its ability to prevent or relieve constipation. But foods containing fiber can provide other health benefits as well, such as helping to maintain a healthy weight and lowering your risk of diabetes, heart disease and some types of cancer.
