Why am I not getting PRST anymore, I was watching it yesterday

Why am I not getting PRST station today????????????

We'd love to help you watch PRST again!

 

Pursuit HD is available on U-verse TV packages U-family and above. Were there any changes made prior to the channel not showing up? Is that the only channel affected? Have you tried resetting your receiver? You can check out our support article for more information on how to troubleshoot your U-verse TV receiver.

I don't see Pursuit on at http://programmingchanges.att.com

 

It doesn't seem like a channel dispute.

Ok, now I'm confused.  I know about the pdf you reference.  But I just did a google search of "uverse no longer carries Pursuit" limiting the search to anything less than a month old. That search results in this unwieldy link.   One of the results is the following which downloads a pdf.

 

USA TODAY AD- MARCH 19, 2019 The AT&T contracts with ...

 

The link for that is pdf is,

which shows it comes from an att site too. 

 

If you look at that pdf look at April 2019 it documents 1644 may be dropped.  And since it was, question is answered.  It and a bunch of others are being declared as "toast".  Go att!Woman LOL  Now will they have an excuse to raise our rates next February?  Hey, who am I kidding?  Of course they will, to pay for the increases other networks will be charging that att will give in to.

 

So the confusing stuff here is how is this pdf related to the one you post which also comes from att?


A secondary confusion for me, which is unrelated to the information, is why a google search for the search term "uverse no longer carries Pursuit" without a age limit doesn't find the same results (or at least the one I referenced) as the same search term with a one month date limit?  Of course, now knowing the title searching directly for "USA TODAY AD- MARCH 19, 2019" even without a time limit finds that same pdf.  So maybe when you periodically post programming notices you have to search out two sources since, at least for this case, one has additional info not in the other.

@_xyzzy_ Good find.

 

One of the negatives here is that the notices aren't kept current for as long as they should be. They put it up for that month or so, then when it doesn't appear in the next notice, people like me assume the negotiations were successful.

 

This is not the first time that customers have "been burned" by this.

Ok I don't know what the Pursuit Channel is bc for me this is local CBS channel 2! 

I'm so sick of U-verse! 

We had a storm in early June all power went off, when it went back on 1/2 our channels were gone! Call them! And wait, yes they'll fix it,. Nope! Call again, wait,  yes they'll fix,. Nope!

And AT&T cellular is just as bad!

Where's my bundle???

Horrible reception!

Too many problems to even list them all! 

They keep trying to switch me to Dish! (In Chicago!)  They can't even keep proper reception with U-verse! Now local CBS Channel 2! 

But the bill keeps getting higher!
