Where is Hallmark 1366?

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries --Channel 136--is one of the channels that I watch the most. I recently changed to U200 from U-family, thinking that all channels of the U-family would be included and they are not.  I would gladly exchange it for one of the 10 or so jewelry, sales channels that I have zero interest in. As a customer, I am being forced to have either a few channels or upgrade two levels to get one channel along with 100s of other channels that I do not watch, and the costs continue to increase.
