@skeeterintexas is correct - C-SPAN is available (SD only) on U-verse channels 230, 231 & 232.
Incidentally, DIRECTV also carries C-SPAN 1 on Channel 350 and C-SPAN 2 on Channel 351 (SD) while C-SPAN 1 and C-SPAN 2 are both included in the AT&T TV NOW Entertainment, Choice, Xtra, Ultimate, and Optimo Mas Plans.

Whatever replaces U-Verse better have CSPAN and NASA in HD on the lowest tier...it's an absolute tragedy U-Verse doesn't.
