There is a search feature available:  Press the Menu button on the remote, toggle down to Search, type in the name of the program you are looking for.  It will show any programs available in the next 2 weeks.

Edit because I'm nice and found this for you:

Thank you.  I am new to Uverse after being on DirecTV for over 20 years. Uverse is a big change for us.   I actually do know how to use the search function, but there were no results showing.  But thank you for the link,  it did show that the Discovery channel carried it and that was what I really needed to know.   I will be watching out on  the Discovery channel  for it to start back.   I just couldnt remember which network I had watched it on..

I have never heard of "Moonshiners". Was this program shown the next season after the Original 39 Episodes of "The Honeymooners" were shown? Are Ralph Kramden and Ed Norton producing moonshine in their Brooklyn apartments. Are Alice and Trixie lounging around wearing Daisy Dukes in between checking on the stills?

According to TheFutonCritic, seasons of Moonshiners tend to run from mid-November through the end of March, and apparently Discovery doesn't air repeats on the network itself outside of that period for some reason.

@JaredCS    I've got a question:  Where did you get that information since it's WRONG.  Discovery channel ON UVERSE is 120/1120.

Maybe you're mixing up Uverse with DirecTV but it's OK...I fixed your information.  *smdh*

I'm old and admittedly easily confused!  I knew I'd never watched 278/1278 so I had to double check that.  Smiley Frustrated
