It doesn't even show on the guide in 92110.  I thought channel guides were the same regardless of where you are?

Two digit channels are way different in each VHO and can vary by zip code based on arcane FCC boundaries and court rulings.

WGTA 24 is on channel 32 according to the Channel Lineup, click the ATT Uverse Care link in my signature below, send the PM, explain your techical difficulties on 32 situation.

According to the above article (and others), WGTA is only being broadcast on TrueVista cable out of Toccoa.
