WGN TV

Since  AT&T has stopped broadcasting a channel that I have already paid for, namely WGN TV, when can I expect a refund for lack of service?

Please review earlier posts.  It’s a Nexstar issue.

Skeeter is right. Nexstar is asking double what they're getting now.

How high do you want your rates to go?

Ditto. With regards to your "refund", read your TOS. Providers don't guarantee specific channels, they just guarantee the service. The loss, temporary or permanent, is typical when re-transmission agreements start. Nexstar pulled their network feed, not AT&T, which is a common "negotiation" practice by the station owners. Complain to Nexstar.

In the past, AT&T would offer a small one time credit ($10?) for MIA channels during negotiations.  That’s about it.  🤷‍♀️

Are customers NOT seeing this?
