VCR

We have AT&T Uverse on an older tv (not smart tv).  We purchased a VCR/DVD unit.  We now how to plug into tv but how do we get it to work with the WIFI? Would someone come out to do this and, if so, at what cost?

But your Blu-Ray isn't a VCR/DVD.
