UVerse/Fox News not streaming

I am trying to stream Fox News on my Kindle or phone. I have been doing this since I bought UVerse last Sept. Why is this not working now?

Are you trying to stream Fox News from the U-verse App or a different app?

What error are you getting, or what's happening when you try to stream?

Check out our post for some general app troubleshooting you can try. We recommend trying steps 1 through 5 under How to fix your Mobile app from my Smartphone or Device.

Fox News Channel 1210 is stuck on the same video and commercial, at least three days now. Fox Business News Channel 1211 has the above error message. All other channels I have checked work fine.

Connection failed. Please check your network settings and try again. (QPE1502-N8001-R10203-NEXE.SOURCE_OPEN_TIMEOUT.Network)

Were you able to try any of our U-verse TV Mobile App troubleshooting steps? If so, we were wondering if you had the chance to redownload the application, or clear the cache for your devices.

Yes, I just did those things and I still cannot stream Fox News and Fox Business. The rest of the channels are working.

Since it looks like we will need to do some more digging to find the (Edited per community guidelines) cause of this issue, could you let us know what type of devices you are currently using, and what software update they are currently on?
