U-Verse wont log me in

This has happened to me twice in the last year.... and just recently again today, i have had to delete the App because i am unable to use it...

 

I have reset my password twice to try and log into the U-Verse app it still tells me :

 

" Please Log in with your U-Verse Member ID (Email address)"

 

I have also retrieve my user ID to make sure it wasn't under a different email address, and it's not. i'm inputting the correct ID, I also am doing this from an iPhone 6s.

 

I  pay over $110 a month and I cant even use their app when i'm not home. How is this acceptable service?

Thank you for resetting your password and also making sure that you re using the correct ID. Did you try using another device?

To further assist you, we suggest that you clear cache on your device, make sure that your device has the latest software /operating system, uninstall the app, refresh device, reinstall the app and then try again.
