U-verse TV out in 78757 for 2 weeks

My U-verse has been out since 2/2/23. Restarting and rebooting all devices has no effect. Outage map shows an outage EXCLUSIVELY in my neighborhood, the 78757 zip code. Tech support says the will not troubleshoot or send a tech until the outage is cleared. They say they will fix it in 24 hrs. It has been 14 days. What should I do? I posted a message to the forum, but have received no response other than a comment that you guys will have to PM me
