Zap2it doesn’t help a bit in controlling the VCR, seeing your recordings, seeing what is scheduled, etc. TV guide does the same thing.

I am well aware about the app but it is not available on windows devices.

Why is the online guide no longer available?

The app also doesn't update in real time, like the website did.  When I look at my DVR recordings on the app, it usually shows outdated info, e.g., programs that I've already deleted still show up under recorded shows, and programs that have already been recorded show up under future scheduled recordings.  The uverse.com website was much better at real time updates to show what's actually on your DVR right now.

Please bring back the website ASAP.

Keep pushing!

About the apps.  I've noticed on more than one occasion that an uninstall and reinstall is required to fix synchronization issues.

@gavi6004 I completely understand and apologize the app is not available on Windows devices, Unfortunately through the app is the only way to pre set recordings other then directly from the DVR box. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused as we are always trying to improve, not making things difficult.

Thank you for you time and patience,

Been on the chat with att support twice until I found this thread. I assume that ATT wants to reduce service to uverse customers (aka suckers) to push us to directv. More money, less service.

I prefer to use the online version not my small screened phone or tablet.

On a separate note, twice after being on chat my usually reliable uverse goes off, I have to unplug  my gateway to reset it. Way to go ATT uverse.

Is there any way to watch UVerse on a computer? I have two screens and it would be nice to be able to watch while I'm working. Did it all the time with other cable service.

Is anyone else upset that we can no longer access the program guide and our DVRs via a webpage from our computers.  The app based access does not allow for sorting shows by type (sports, movies, etc), and viewing the guide on a cell phone is much more limited in terms of what can be seen in a window.  Why can't ATT continue to support a web page for access?

Why did you discontinue the online tv guide?  I’m disabled and  that was the best way for me to manage my recordings.  I don’t own a smartphone or a tablet.  So, for the past few days I have been trying to manage my  recordings on the guide on the tv and it’s somewhat  hard for me. If the decision to discontinue the  online guide is final.  can you, at least, somehow mark the “new” episodes on the guide on  tv as the online guide did.  That would make it easier for my recording management .

Thank You
