UVERSE signal loss daily early morning about 1am CT...never can get resolution
Consistently my UVERSE TV signal is lost at 0100 to 0200 and then recovers. I've reported this multiple times and have had all equipment replaced more than once. I'm almost certain it's due to ATT system maintenance of some sort, but it's quite difficult to get resolution when you can't get a live support representative at the time of day it's happening. I've even had my lines coming to my house checked multiple times. No it's not internal wiring issue. I need ATT to make a real effort to resolve this issue or move forward on the long overdue fiber for my area. It's become a ridiculous nuisance. I should have full access to what I pay for monthly.
