U-Verse mobile app login issue

I can log in to my Uverse acct online, but when I try to login on the app, I get an error message telling me to login in with my U-verse Member ID and if I don't have one, to create one, but I can not find where to do that.

We've got a few suggestions that may help:

  1. Make sure you are using the correct member ID to sign in
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Delete cache. This varies by phone, browser or device operating system.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  5. Verify you have the latest software/ operating system on your phone or tablet
  6. Turn off other apps that may be in use
