U-verse Live TV disabled
I'm am trying to watch Live Tv on the U-verse app but it shows it's locked due to parental control restrictions and must be updated using the Master Account. I've check the Parental control on the app and the Tv their are NONE set. I turn on and off the setting and still nothing. Help please.

We're happy to help! Since you've made sure the parental controls aren't set, go ahead and try uninstalling the app, restart your device and install the app. Let us know if you still get the error message afterwards.

I’ve been trying to watch a U-verse live from my tablet. However, I receive a statement of live TV is disabled due to the parental control restrictions. Parental controls must be updated using the master account. I’ve checked the settings on the TV in on the app, none of the settings are set. I’ve uninstalled the app reinstalled the app and still I’m having the same issue. Can you please help resolve this issue?
