Uverse App not working

Trying to watch live TV thru my Uverse app.... it has been playing the same 30 second loop for 3 days now across all three devices I have tried. (ipads and iphone) I have rebooted, restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled..... all of that. Still now working. What else do I need to do? It seems like an app or ATT issue since it is on all devices.
