uverse app no longer working on LG tablet

As recently as a month ago, I could watch uverse tv on my LG V500 tablet. However now, I get an error message that says "...can't connect to server". I have the latest version of the app, and like I said, I was able to use the app on my tablet before. Please assist.

Hello @zano_1,

It can be confusing to suddenly not being able to use your UVerse app.  I will be more than happy to help guide you to the right path!

We have a great article which has various troubleshooting steps.  I recommend visiting and following the steps within!

Have a fabulous day!

As painstaking and annoying as it was, I reset my tablet and reinstalled everything. (Even cleared the cache before and after the reset.) I followed the article and tried to Google other possible fixes. Man Frustrated Your Uverse app is compatible with my device, as it otherwise wouldn't let me download it in Google Play if it weren't. So I don't understand why it worked 3 months ago, and not now. Other people have the same issue with their mobile devices and your Uverse App. Please resolve this...

I'm having the same problem on my Acer chromebook.  Worked before - but not now.  I have called support several times and I keep getting the runaround.  They say they're aware of the problem but can't (or won't) give a timeline for the fix!!!!!

We'd be happy to help you get the U-verse app to work on your Chromebook, Ellee2013.
