UVerse app logon

why all of sudden do I have to logon every time I open the uVerse app even though

I click the box to keep  me logged in.

We've got a great article full of helpful troubleshooting tips for the U-verse app. Here are a few of our suggestions: 

How to fix your app from a mobile device: 

  1. Restart the device.
  2. Delete cache. Varies on phone, browser or device operating system.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  4. Verify you have the latest software/ operating system on your phone or tablet 
  5. Turn off other apps that may be in use
  6. In some instances, restoring the phone has resolved app function. You may lose pictures and other data if this is performed. 
  7. Also, be sure to report/post a review in the applicable software store for your affected device to help address an issue.

How to fix your app from a Computer or Browser:

  1. If you are using a browser, make sure you have the latest browser. In some cases using a browser like Chrome or Firefox has improved the experience.
  2. Closeout the browser and restart it
  3. Delete Cache and Cookies
  4. Update the browser to the latest version. Check our list of supported Operating Systems and Browsers.
