UVerse App Doesn't Show Recordings

I have a Motorola G5 Plus running Android 8.1.

1.  I have to login to the UVerse app every day

2.  Recordings or scheduled recordings do not show.

3.  I have cleared the cache & data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Hi @jjcoker1,

Here is some helpful tips on using your U-verse App. You must connect to your U-verse TV service using the U-verse app on your smartphone. Then, use the U-verse app to:

  • Stream live TV or on-demand shows or movies.
  • Create your favorites list to customize content on the My U-verse homepage.
  • Set up and manage your DVR recordings.
  • Check the guide to schedule new recordings.
  • Turn your device into a U-verse TV remote control.

Your U-verse TV receiver must first be set to allow communication and control from the U-verse app. These instructions guide you through that pairing process allowing you to connect to your TV using the U-verse app on your smartphone.  Hope this helps!

Already done.  I double checked it again.  Everything worked in the app until about a month ago.

I actually had not tried using my phone as the remote lately, so I did, and selected my DVR and the recordings showed up.

I'll try turning my phone off and back on and see what happens.  Okay, that fixed it.  Thanks for your help.

I am in TN visiting family.  I re-connected my app to my DVR and used my cellphone as a remote at that time, and it seemed to fix the problem

Now I cannot see the recordings or schedule a recording and I still have to login every day.  I cleared the cache and data again, but still cannot view or schedule a recording.
