User not authenticated error received when trying to watch USA Network shows online

When I attempt to watch USA Network shows online, I link my account for permission and receive a "User Not Authenticated Error". Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! We'd be glad to help you watch your favorite shows online.

 

Does this happen on multiple devices? What device are you trying this on? If you haven't already we'd recommend resetting your receiver to resend authorizations. To do this, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. This takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress. If you have multiple receivers, reboot your wireless gateway by unplugging it from its power source. Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.

I can watch shows on my phone, but I don't want to watch a 3" TV. I have reset my receiver and I have rebooted my wireless gateway. The problem persists. What's next?

And apparently we're done. Do these error messages usually get resolved, or does AT&T just wait until the original poster gives up trying, and accepts that they can't get what they're already paying for?
