Unable to use TV providers with ATT sign in
I am attempting to watch TV via TV providers apps with my att u-verse login however i am been unable to do so for months NOW. every rep from support has done nothing to resolve but blame the TV provider. This seems like horrible service, as i previous has zero issues with my u-verse login with tv providers until 2019. I have been with u verse for nearly 7 years now. This is the error i get:
"VH1 is not included in your subscription package. Please contact your TV provider to add it. In the meantime, head back to the site for the latest videos."
this happens for others as well. i verified my service does match what qualifies for the service however it still does not work. This is a horrible experience and need this resolved soon than later.

We suggest that you begin by Changing your user ID and password to refresh your account. Just go to Profile Sign-in info, then select Change your user ID. To change your password, go to your profile, then Sign-in info and select Change sign-in password.
Afterward, reset your receiver by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds.
