U verse cable
Screen went black. Tv guide works with small picture in corner.. when open channel screen goes black. Roku tv streaming devices work. Just cable access is not working. Gateway was rebooted. This is a new cable box too.

Hey, @Bamagal, we're happy to help.
Did you try resetting the receiver as well? Sometimes that's all it takes to fix picture problems.
If you tried that in addition to rebooting your Gateway, we suggest running diagnostics with the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.
Be sure to sign in first so that the provided options are specific to your service.
If you're still not getting a picture afterward, let us know.
