Hey, @Redbmw1, let's see if we can get your TV working again.
Does this happen on multiple receivers, or just one? Since the receivers have to authenticate in the gateway first, we'd recommend Rebooting your Gateway, and then checking again to see if it still freezes.
Freezing can also be a sign of your equipment not getting enough power, so you should try plugging it into a different outlet, and making sure they are plugged directly into the outlet, and not in a surge protector.

Another thing to try, if one is in use, is removing our devices from surge protectors. Some have been known to cause pixelation.
