I have the same issue.  I am extremely upset.  I can no longer tape the way I want.

Exactly. Certain things like this I take for granted. Now, I also realize and admit to learning new things every day. There may be good reasons to avoid combined billing.

However if one has U-verse tv, they likely have internet service that qualifies for unlimited data. I always viewed this as a clever gimmick to keep customers hooked, and let me tell you it works on me!  And with the proliferation of streaming options, this becomes all the more important as streaming video burns a lot of data. The same can be said of unified billing with att wireless. So if you’re going to binge watch a tv series that ran for 7 or more seasons, or move into streaming 4K video, this perk becomes all the more important.

I called customer service tonight and it is true. You can no longer reach the televsion guide, or program your recordings on the web site. AT&T decided to abandon the web site based televsion directory and dvr access even though maintaining it would cost them very little. For those old enough to remember, this is a "Coke 2" moment for AT & T U Verse - remember when Coca Cola decided to drop their original product for some new sweeter Coke and had to bring it back as "Classic Coke" due to consumer outrage?   This is a similar poor thought out decision. Someone had the brilliant idea that since many people no longer use their home computers as much as phones and other portable devices, they might as well abandon it. I worked in a technology field -- applications - and can assure everyone that the cost of maintaining web site access is very, very little.  What everyone needs to do is call and complain and tell them that unless they bring web site access back you will move to another carrier.  I must admit -- for those of us who like to use our home computers to access information -- this is an infuriating decision.  Call and complain.

It's been removed.  You need the att mobile app to get to it (assuming it's still there for those devices).  Look over the many threads in the uverse tv forum complaining about this issue.

I recommend titantv as a pretty good substitute for an online tv grid although you won't be able to program your dvr with it.

Good morning @peeplesre.

I appreciate seeking assistance on the Community Forums.  I know the importance of having your concerns addressed.

As part of our routine evaluation of the applications we support, we decided to focus our resources on other applications.  This means that we’re able to enhance those applications more efficiently.

You still have the ability continue streaming, controlling your DVR recordings, and use your smart device as a remote control via the U-verse app, available for iOS, Android and Amazon devices.  Please refer to our eSupport article about the features and information about the app.  You can also go here to view the channel lineup.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The links to TitanTV and Zap2it are in above posts. They are just TV Guides that can show you the current tv listings for Uverse

You can access the guide on the TV, U-Verse APP, or if you do a search for TVguide, you will be able to see what shows are airing

I pay for Uverse and internet. I would like to watch TV on my computer. ATT Uverse stopped this fine service for computers on November 1, 2017. The only alternative is to use my cell phone. I do not wish to fumble around on the teeny tiny screen on my cell phone. I like being able to point and click on different options and choose to record shows and choose to watch my "favorites" and choose to see what is on live and watch it on my computer. HBOGo does not allow me to record or to set up a future recording. I really do not want to explore the dark web to find some alternative and I would rather not use VPN to make it think I am not where I am. I want to be able to point and click and watch. If there is a browser that can make ATT Uverse work on my computer please let me know.

You should investigate Slingbox (or similar boxes).  It connects to the internet and has a IR emitter (blaster) so you can watch and control your dvr through an internet connection.

The point I'm making here is that there was an on-line application that was quite functional. AT&T chose to turn this function off with no notice or a page suggesting to use something line TVGuide. It was just gone.

I liked the online guide and the ability to set the recordings feature there.  PLEASE bring the guide page back ...  many of us do not do phone apps ...    Please bring the page back ...

where is the guide?  online you could find the guide and select the recording options via the guide for dvr recording.  it provided what was new or not, pilot, etc.  you could go through a 3 hour window day by day to see what to select to record.

I tried to use this service today. If they have removed it, I am switching to cable, as soon as our new cable service comes on line.
