Starz app

I have a 2018 Samsung Smart TV 4K Ultra. I get Starz w/my att uverse package. I’ve tried 3 times to load the Starz app on my TV. I enter the code to sync, select att uverse as my provider, it says “Success! The app will update shortly. Enjoy watching” but it doesn’t load. I’ve tried deleting app, rebooting, all 3 times it says “Success” but will not work. 

as a side note, I tried loading on my iPhone to see if something was wrong w/my uverse settings. It worked just fine. 

How do I get Starz app to load using att as my provider?

This is the AT&T TV forum, not the U-verse forum. I don't think anybody here knows what you're talking about. In fact, this is actually a Samsung TV problem. So I'd ask Samsung or the Starz app developer or simply plug in a Roku or Firestick. Is your time worth more than $20?
