Sportsmans Channel and Outdoor Channel

I have the AT&T Uverse U300 package.  I had been able to see the Sportsman's Channel (1642) and the Outdoor Channel (1680) since I began subscribing to Uverse in December of last year.  I never paid extra for these channels, they were always available until this past week.  When I tune into either channel it says that I'm not subscribed to that channel.  I did check the Uverse lineup in my zip code and those channels can only be viewed if you have the U450 package.  Or I guess I could pay extra to add those channels to what I have now.  Anyway, can someone tell me if those channels were just eliminated from the U300 package?

Programming notices are posted on/about the third Tuesday of each month at http://programmingchanges.att.com

 

If anything changes due to contracts, it gets posted on a pdf at that site.
