Showtime Anytime

Receiving an error getting Showtime Anytime to work on any device. Currently have U450 service and definitely get Showtime. When attempting to open Showtime Anytime, I am directed to login and never get to enter my ATT login information, only receive an error that my service does not include Showtime and to contact ATT.

I have seen other posts regarding this issue and have tried logging into ATT first, clearing cache and browser history, and using a different browser and none of these options are working for me. Have been receiving the error for two days now. I appreciate any help that can be provided.

I have this problem as well.  Have tried on desktop and on iPad...occasionally I will see an authorization, but then the desktop returns an error on the server message, and the iPad has a grey screen.  I am trying to authorize my Roku3 and cannot log into Showtime Anytime at all.

I too have the U450 package and I have tried to log in from my ipad, mac, phone and my windows pc and still the same thing- a server error has occured. Whats up with this?
