Screen with Red X and 13 under it.
The screen has a big red X with 13 under it. I am assuming this is some kind of protection for minors viewing. No minors here. Don't know how it got turned on or how to get it off?

Try the troubleshooting steps described here up to non-disaster recovery. Last resort is disaster recovery. You'll probably end up having to call tech support (800-288-2020).
