I've followed the troubleshooting guide on the TV and online. Neither resolve the problem. I think the issue might be with the remote. I have an S10 S3 remote that will operate my other Samsung TV's, but the remote that I will not operate my Samsung is the S10 S1. Can I get a new S10 S3 remote?
