Red X mark on TV screen and all link lights are on
Dear Customer Service,
I have problems on one of wireless receivers, out of three in my house.
There is no TV screen, rather than red X, and I found all link lights are on
on this wireless receiver.
In addition, I lost all recorded TV, and I see the message, "No recording TV is unavailable"
I think I did everything for troubleshooting in AT&T web.
Please let me know ASAP what I should do next.
