quickplay.vtsb core failed: 1501 - ERROR - Please Help!

Hi,

I keep getting knocked off watching tv when using my Uverse app with my 2nd gen FireStick 4k. I have a Vizio smart tv (2017)My internet speed is good, my tv is up to date. I cleared cache, reset, reinstalled Uverse app. I reset Firestick, I reset Vizio. Nothing helps. This is driving me crazy as it literally happens almost every 5-10 minutes.

Have you reached out to Amazon to see if the problem is with the Firestick? You said that your Internet is working fine, but have you tried using the U-verse app without the Firestick to make it's working properly?

We want to make sure that everything on our end is working as it should.

Completed troubleshooting with Amazon. Not an Amazon issue, do you have a fix for this yet?

I receive this same error and my u-verse app crashes every 10-60 seconds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and data. If it doesn't crash instantly it buffers then crashes. I have att as my provider and this is the ONLY app that does this on my fire tv stick. Looking at all the issues with this app and people receiving errors, I really don't believe there will ever be a fix for it. They just want you to purchase their cable internet tv and not use this app on a fire stick. 

 

I really am not interested in some level 1 human responding or a canned message bot asking me if I trouble shot this as I have. I have already started looking at my other options for an internet provider, AT&T is intentionally leaving this software broken
