QP1207 Error Code on U-Verse app

I see no one responded to the gentleman from Texas who had the same problem.  But I will ask again for a fix for the QP1207 error code that I get on my Apple IPAD. Makes that U-Verse App useless...

Any help?

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot the U-verse app.

 

We recommend that you try these steps to help troubleshoot the error code:

 

  • Uninstall and Reinstall the app, so that you can make sure it is fully updated
  • Reset your Password because this will resync your account on our end
  • Reboot your gateway because this will refresh the connection to the receivers as well as the app itself

I did all 3 of the above and although the uninstall and install worked for a while (less than a full day) it ended up getting the same message again...Thanks for the suggestions... so far no joy...
