Program guide

  • My program guide has said "Getting Information" for 5 days. How do I get it back? It worked at first but my service didn't, then the guide went out and now my service works but still no guide.

Try unplugging both the gateway and the DVR. Reconnect the gateway and let it fully restart- can take 10 minutes. Then reconnect the DVR, let it fully restart, and try the guide. If problems persist, call 800.288.2020 for assistance.
