I keep getting error code 4001-102 when trying to set recordings remotely.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled app, rebooted ipad, etc.  I called the help desk and the guy told me basically he had no answer and the app was created by a third party and there was really no support available.  If there is an error code baked in the system, why cannot someone help me?  This is a deal breaker if i can;t get this to work.

I am so sorry about the issues you are having with the U-verse app on iPad, but I will be glad to help. What version of IOS are you running? I know that the older iPads are no longer supported by Apple, and the IOS version is not current for them. Also, are you able to set your recordings on another device, such as your phone? If not, there may be an issue with your profile, and we can definitely look into it.
