Power went out, stuff is now messed up
the power went out last night. When i tried to connect to my receivers with the Mobile app, it said to make sure you were connected to the U-verse Gateway. I was. I followed the instructions to reboot the RG.
I tried to reset things up on channel 9301 and i got this error.
"Failed to retrieve provisioning information. Please try again later." Code: 003
Things i have tried:
A: Unplugged the boxes, RG. Plugged the RG then boxes back in.
B: Contacted AT&T to make sure there were no outages.
I don't no what else to do. Is this normal for this to happen when the power goes out. Good thing i didn't loose all my recordings. That would have made things a lot worse.
