Does any one else have problem with picture freezing or pixelated while watching tv? HD channels.

Who do I call at AT&T who understands HPNA or can check line issues? Is that what's going to fix my problem? The best I can do with my very limited knowledge is to use a vague and ambiguous statement "like my TV is freezing or pixelating." I'd like to think that AT&T's customer support would know what to do with such a description of a problem.

Not meant to be funny, but it’s up to them to make it work.
As an aside, if it’s within reach to use something other than coax for U-verse TV, I recommend it.
@Gr8sho you are incorrect. Even with newly installed fiber network and with the most expensive devices you could purchase it still lags for some HD channels. And after paying HNDREDS a month for this service you have some nerve to tell us we are wrong. And yes I’ve reset the (Edited per community guidelines) thing several times and have independent Ethernet cables on everything. And maybe some AT&T guy could come fix it in a couple of days but that doesn’t necessarily help when I’m trying to watch a football game right now. What an annoying (Edited per community guidelines) you are.
We can help with that picture freezing problem @Nolan7517. Sorry this has become a frustrating experience, but let's do what we can to get your picture fixed.
There are a number of things that can cause your picture to freeze, including faulty cabling, loose connections, or an issue with your modem. We’d recommend using our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. It will give you troubleshooting specific to the type of receiver and modem you have. If you login, it will also run tests on your network to try to find the source of the problem.
Please let us know if you have other questions, @Nolan7517.
