Outages

My service is interrupted at least 5 times a day.  Sometimes it is only for a minute but at other times it is up to 10 mins.  I've reset all receivers, my account is current and this is unacceptable.  I pay quite a bit every month for reliable service and I'm not getting it.  How do I get this corrected?
