Hey, @jamescab1, let's see if we can get your On Demand working again.
When it comes to On Demand, video and audio issues can generally be caused by a poor internet connection. Have you noticed any problems with your internet service? Is this happening on the main receiver, or a different one? To start off with, we'd recommend rebooting your gateway and seeing if that improves your On Demand experience.
